We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal from schools and individuals. Our payment process is very secure and we do not store credit card information in our files.

 

PURCHASE ORDERS are accepted and can be faxed to us AFTER an order is placed; just enter the PO Number during checkout. However, if your order is under $60, please pay using a credit card instead of a purchase order. If your accounting/bookkeeper needs an invoice first in order to create a Purchase Order, please select "Invoice for Purchase Order" as the payment method when you checkout. We will send you an invoice by email and ship your order once we receive the Purchase Order. Our fax number is (866) 300-7384 or scan/email your PO to sales@thehonorsprogram.com.

Checks are also accepted. During the checkout process you can select "Check" as an option. We will send you an invice and once we receive your check we will ship your order.

SHIPPING: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. On RUSH SHIPPING , ie. next day , 2nd day or 3 day air, the days in transit begin the day AFTER you order and are business days only; UPS does not count holidays or weekends in their shipping day calculations. We strive to get all Rush Orders out on the same day ordered if receive by 2pm MST. If you place a Rush Order after 2pm please call us and let us know and we will try to get your order shipped that day. Orders placed after 4pm MST will ship the next day.

Most orders ship by UPS, please view our Shipping Schedules for more information. Smaller orders will ship by US Post Office as will all orders going to Alaska or Hawaii. Once we ship your package you will receive an invoice with the tracking number on the front of the invoice. All orders with tracking numbers beginning with 1Z can be tracked at UPS.com. Orders shipped via the US Post Office can be tracked at USPS.com.

TAXES: We do not charge nor collect Idaho State Sales Tax. If you are an Idaho school we will pay the sales tax on your behalf as we are an Idaho company.
